Sweets for the Sweet!





We served Lime, Orange, and Lemon tarts at our latest summer wedding! They were a hit with all age groups. A delicious tangy filling surrounded by a sweet flaky crust delighted the tastebuds and kept things fresh with a light citrus taste.
For a those with a richer palate we served Edible Chocolate Cups filled with Chocolate Mouse topped with vanilla Chantilly Creme.







A dark chocolate cake drizzled with strawberries and Creme Anglais was a crowd favorite, we saw many come back for seconds!

Spring Colors, Sunny Days!





The Cake was done by Shelli of CeCe's Cakes, and the Tent design was created especially for the bride and groom by our Site Design team leader Laurel. Everything turned out beautifully and the Bride was ecstatic upon arrival.











The Bride and Groom arrived early to take pictures with their family members and were happy for a change to relax in the shade of the tent.

The guests flocked to the buffet tables after greeting the bride and groom and enjoyed tastes from around the world! The menu included Asian Curry, Chicken Tikka Masala, Stuffed Mushrooms, Asian Lettuce Wraps, Chilled Summer Fruits, and Specialty Italian Soda. And that isn't even counting the desserts!
We had the oppurtunity to cater an Outdoor wedding on May 15th, after the fear that the weather would not turn out, the day turned out beautifully! The tent was hung with lights and colored paper lanterns, cream netting tied with ribbons in Cranberry, Pink, Green, and Orangehung down the poles, and the tables were decorated with flowers in all of the colors. Green, Cream, Cranberry, Burnt Orange and a vibrant Pink.
